Yea for Friday!

Once again, my favorite day of the work week has arrived.

Any of you who were planning on coming to shoot me to put me out of my misery can put your guns away. I think I can make it now. The cough is still hanging on, and the congestion is still there, but they aren't as bad as they were Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Those four days were the worst I think I've ever had with a cold.

It is such a nasty-looking day, and from the weather report, it may be an interesting weekend. The high today is supposed to be 70ish, but by Sunday, they're saying there is the possibility of snow flurries! Last night I dreamed we had gotten snowed in. All John and I had at the house to eat was enough for a couple of sandwiches, but we weren't concerned about getting hungry at all. I hope my dream isn't prophetic. LOL

As I lay tossing and turning about 2 AM this morning, I was thinking of something else I was going to blog about, but whatever it was has slipped my mind. Obviously, it wasn't of any MAJOR importance.

I guess that's about it for now. Have a GREAT Friday!

Glad you're starting to feel better! It's crappy up here in Ottawa too, raining today, of all things. Rain on top of snow on top of freezing rain does not bode well...thank god I'm going nowhere today!

Get better soon!

Yes sure is a messy day isn't it...ughhh! And I couldn't believe when I heard on the news this morning that they're predicting snow for Sunday, and they said most likely we would have some accumulation. No wonder we all stay sick, 70 one day and snowing the next, haha.....
I'm ready for the warm weather to get here and stay!

I got a little panicky when they called that tornado drill at 2:45...I had deja vu....of those little kids from the elementary schools....crying for their mommies, us being held til 6ish, and the elementary teachers getting their toenails done. LOL

It's good that you are FINALLY getting over "the crud" I know it's not any fun. I'm really hating this weather...it always kicks up my anxiety a little! I think that it's so CRAZY that it's supposed to "snow" or something like it on Sunday! It is Alabama though and the temp can go from 70 to 45 in a matter of a few days lol.

Glad you're feeling better. We are having similar crazy weather. Yesterday morning it was like 52. When I left school it was 36!

So glad you are feeling better. Maybe you can get some rest this week end. Next week will be a new one and things will be better.
