Finally! We have new carpet, a new leather sofa, and a new leather chair. And the house is almost back to normal. I am one happy girl! The new leather ottoman will be delivered in about three more weeks.
One of the BEST things is that everything reconnected perfectly. The TV and all of the audio/visual equipment...not a hitch. The computer...not a hitch. Well, I haven't tried the wireless yet, but the lights on the modem all look right. I'm so lucky I have such a handyman for a husband. :)
Not much else. Just wanted to make sure the computer was working. LOL I have been crazy for the last three weeks. What in the world did we do before computers?
Gotta get back to work. The bed in the guest room still needs to be put up.
Have a GREAT Friday tomorrow. Thank GOODNESS it is Friday. After Monday, this week has been about 40 days long. hahaha

I was so expecting a picture or two via Blackberry. Sigh! I guess I will have to wait for you to do a living roomscape ...maybe over the weekend. I am glad it is all back to normal.
I wish I had a handyman for a husband. Things around here don't get done very quickly, and usually cost an arm and a leg...unless I figure out how to do it, and then hubby redoes it because he thinks he knows better, which we all know he doesn't.
I need a drink.
